ALL LEVELS
This master class we will give space to the nervous system as we practice our relationship to breath, visibility, storytelling, and gravity, inclusive of personal poetics, through the mechanisms of contraction, release, and spiral. Somatic practices, including Feldenkrais, BMC, and yoga, have informed years of enjoying what Graham as a technique can offer us contemporary dancers, and are materially present in the delivery and exploration of traditional sequences.
